I just attended the year end retreat, and it was wonderful. I did want to comment that I missed the opportunity to talk with others at the first meal. Silence the rest of the time was wonderful as was a talking lunch at the conclusion. I would comment that there is value in continuing the tradition of talking at the first and last meal at the retreats. The retreat was a very meaningful way to spend the last few days of 2022.
