Deposit and Refund Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your spot on a retreat. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that situations arise that may result in the need to cancel a reservation. If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to the start of your retreat, we will refund any remaining balance that you have already paid beyond your deposit.
Exceptions
There are two exceptions to the above policies.
One Last Note
Our rates are flat rates, meaning that late arrivals and early departures are not eligible for proration or any other discounts.

- 30-Day Spiritual Exercises: Retreatants signed up for the 30-Day Retreat may transfer or receive a refund for their deposit provided notification to us is made 30-days prior to the start of the retreat.
- Days of Prayer: Retreatants pay the full cost for a day of prayer upon registration. The cost is fully refundable if cancellation is made 14 days before the start of the retreat.
