Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
A deposit is required to reserve your spot on a retreat. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we understand that situations arise that may result in the need to cancel a reservation. If a cancellation is made 10 days prior to the start of the retreat, we will refund any remaining balance that you have already paid beyond your deposit on the condition that we can fill your reserved room with a retreatant off our waitlist. If we are unable to fill your room and cannot issue a refund, any balance that you have paid will be recorded as a tax-deductible gift to Gonzaga Eastern Point Retreat House.
Please note as well that our rates are flat rates; late arrival and early departures are not eligible for any discounts.
There are two exceptions to the above policies. First, retreatants signed up on the 30-Day Retreat may transfer or receive a refund for their deposit. Second, Days of Prayer are fully refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of the retreat.

Why have retreat prices gone up?
On many of the retreats at Gonzaga Eastern Point, our prices are consistently lower than our costs. While the generosity of benefactors makes that possible, the rising cost of providing retreats means that, at times, it is necessary for us to increase our prices. We hope you understand.
Financial Assistance
As part of our commitment to expanding the financial accessibility of our retreats, and thanks to the generosity of our benefactors, including the United States East Province of the Society of Jesus, we have a limited capacity to provide financial assistance. We invite those for whom paying the full price of a retreat would be impossible to consider applying for one of our financial assistance opportunities. Note that in addition to general financial assistance, we offer special opportunities for women religious—in acknowledgement of the tireless service of women religious in this country and in gratitude for the way they continue to bless God's people—and those who attend our Recovery Weekend Retreats. Our funds are limited, and we will offer assistance based on what we have available, as well as the need of those applying.
