Registration and Pricing
Why is my email needed to register?
- Your email address is the unique identifier in our records.
- It is critical that you use the same email for each transaction (registration, room deposit,
remaining balance and for other forms of communication). - Please provide us with your updated email should it change so we can update our
records.
Can I use the same email to register more than one retreatant?
- No, each applicant must fill out a separate application using his/her own email address.
- Using the same email address for more than one applicant will override and cancel the
first application.
Can I get a refund on my deposit or other monies I have paid for my retreat?
- A deposit is required to secure your retreat dates
- Deposits are both non-refundable and not transferable.
- We understand that situations may arise resulting in the need to cancel a reservation. If
you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, we will
refund any remaining balance paid beyond your deposit. - Please note our rates are flat rates, i.e., late arrival and early departures are not eligible
for any refunds or discounts.
Is financial assistance available to assist with, or offset retreat costs?
- Thanks to the generosity of certain benefactors, especially the United States East
Province of the Society of Jesus, we have a limited amount of financial assistance

When is the payment due?
- Initial deposits are due at time of registration.
- Your final balance payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- A link to make your final payment is included in an email reminder that is sent a 6-8 weeks prior to the start of your retreat.
- Please follow the directions provided to make your payment.

Why am I not brought to the application page when i click on a date?
- This is an indicator that we are no longer taking applications for this date and the wait list is full.
Why is my credit card payment not being accepted?
- Review how you entered your payment.
- When entering your payment, do not use the dollar sign ($). Use numeric input only (e.g., 250.00, not $250.00).
- If you have questions about making your payment or are having difficulty, please contact us using the contact form.
Where Can i find a confirmation number to make a payment?
- Go to the payment page.
- When you are asked for your Confirmation number there will be a link to click to have your confirmation number sent to you.
When will I know if I have been accepted to the retreat if I am on the waitlist?
- As space becomes available, we reach out to the 1st person on the wait list.
- If we do not hear back from that person within 24 hours, we move on to the next person on the list, and
