These days generally run from 9AM-4PM and include an opening presentation with suggestions for prayer and reflection, time on one’s own, opportunities, if desired, for a brief spiritual conversation with a retreat director or celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation, lunch, and a closing liturgy.
