Dixie
Burden
Dixie Burden holds a Masters Degree
in Spiritual Direction and a Master of Theological Studies from
Weston Jesuit School of Theology. Originally from New York City,
Dixie is now a staff member at EPRH and lives in Rockport. Besides
being a retreat director Dixie also does individual spiritual direction.
She is a lay woman with two grown daughters. The oldest works in
Frankfurt, Germany and the youngest in Washington DC.

Joseph
F. McHugh, SJ
Joseph F. McHugh, SJ is a Jesuit
priest of the New England Province. Joe is a graduate of the Center
for Religious Development in Cambridge, MA. He worked
as a member of the permanent staff at Eastern Point for seven years,
from 1985 to 1992. He left the retreat house to work on the
stafff of the Jesuit Novitiate in Boston. Since that time,
he has continued working in the area of spirituality, serving
as director of the Campion Renewal Center in Weston, MA and
as a staff member with the Jamaica Centre for Religious Development
in Kingston, Jamaica. For the past eight years, Joe has served
as novice master of the Jesuit Novitiate for the English-speaking
Caribbean, also based in Kingston, Jamaica. In addition
to his work in retreats and spiritual direction in Gloucester, Joe
is also engaged in the training of spiritual directors as a staff
member of the Summer Internship in Spiritual Direction at Mercy
Center in Burlingame, CA.

John P. Murray,
SJ,Director
John was most recently the internal
consultant for Ignatian spirituality in the Department of Human
Resources, Boston College. John also served as a member of the Boston
College Board of Trustees (1998-2004). Previously to Boston College,
John was the executive assistant to the New England Provincial for
the Society of Jesus. Ordained since 1987, John has a variety of
experiences in high school ministry, spiritual direction and retreat
work. He sees his new role at Eastern Point as helping people experience
the richness of God's presence in their lives, their work and their
families.

Richard
J. Stanley, SJ
Richard J. Stanley, SJ was born and
raised in western Massachusetts, began college at Fairfield University
in Connecticut, joined the Jesuits and was ordained in 1974.
Since then he has been on staff at Gonzaga, a parish priest in Norwich,
Connecticut, and a campus minister at Fairfield University. Currently
he divides his time between Gonzaga and as the vocation director
of the New England Province of the Society of Jesus.

Paul
M. Sullivan, SJ
Paul M. Sullivan, S.J. is a New England
Province Jesuit. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bangor
Seminary (Maine) and has completed a training program in directing
the Spiritual Exercises sponsored by the New England Province and
an internship in spiritual direction. Prior to joining the staff
at Eastern Point, he served as pastor of parishes in Maine and Connecticut
and as director of the Catholic campus ministry center at the University
of Connecticut.

Madeline
I. Tiberii, SSJ
Madeline Tiberii, SSJ, an experienced
retreat director and spiritual director, is a graduate of the Center
for Religious Development in Cambridge, MA, and has worked with
a variety of individuals and groups in deepening their relationship
with God through directed retreats, days of prayer and recollection.
"Maddy" also coordindates the thirty-day retreats at Eastern
Point. She has enjoyed extensive work in education, parish and pastoral
work. She also brings an international flavor to her ministry, having
served in the missions in Tanzania and Kenya, East Africa.
